Loft Extensions was also great at suggesting changes to the build or décor to improve the outcome, which I appreciated – they didn’t just carry out instructions, they tried to improve them. One of the main reasons we went with them was time to complete. They gave the fastest time out of any of the quotes and they stuck to it – there were frequently 10 people on site. I found them to be reasonable when there was a need to negotiate on delivery or costs – it was always resolved amicably and to everyone’s satisfaction. They were always pleasant and professional.
